Application and Evaluation

Depending on the specific support and tax relief program applied for, the applicant company needs to apply to and obtain approval from different government agencies, such as the Economic Development Board, Enterprise Singapore, Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Maritime Port Authority. These programs and incentives have evaluation criteria determined and implemented by each government agency independently. Therefore, we need to negotiate, review, and obtain approval for available incentives and programs based on the specific situation and relevant government agencies. In practice, some evaluation criteria include, but are not limited to: business expenditure in Singapore, manpower employed, revenue generated in Singapore, local shareholding ratio, and scope of activities conducted in Singapore.

【Licensing】Food Import Licence

All companies wishing to import, export, or trans-ship food products must be registered and licensed by the Singapore Food Authority in accordance with the relevant laws of Singapore.
