For example, given the increasing FinTech opportunities in Singapore and elsewhere, IBM's Blockchain Innovation Center collaborated with the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore to develop FinTech courses.

Singapore's S$120 million (approximately RMB 600 million) TechSkills Accelerator program has cultivated skilled professionals for the ICT industry.
