Job Description

● Provide comprehensive human resource functions, including internal company support for recruitment, hiring, compensation management, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

● Handle the employee lifecycle, including onboarding of new employees, induction training, probation confirmation, promotion/transfer processes, exit interviews, and ensuring timely preparation of all employee-related correspondence.

● Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews with candidates.

● Handle monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions for Malaysian clients, such as Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), and PCB (Personal Income Tax).

● Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll services.

 

Job Description

● Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.

● Meticulous and possess a good work attitude.

● Requires in-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll function.
