Building Our Singapore Together — Singapore’s 60th National Day Arts Performance

16 August 2025，FOZL Group was honoured to host the 𝘚𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘦 60𝘵𝘩 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘋𝘢𝘺 𝘊𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, with the strong support of Allkin Singapore, Sian Chay Charity Centre, SIAN CHAY MEDICAL INSTITUTION (SCMI) , Poh Teck Siang Tng, and the Hougang Rainbow Dance Group.
We were especially privileged to welcome our Guest-of-Honor, Mr. Lee Hong Chuang, Member of Parliament and Grassroots Adviser to Jurong East–Bukit Batok GROs. Mr. Lee not only delivered inspiring words — he joined us in singing, celebrating, and even dancing with our seniors, making the celebration truly unforgettable.
This year’s event brought together over 300 people — seniors from Allkin’s five centres, Hougang residents, friends from Sian Chay, clients, partners, and colleagues — for an afternoon of joy, unity, and cultural diversity.
The programme was filled with vibrant performances that captured Singapore’s multicultural spirit, heartfelt songs and dance by Allkin Singapore seniors, lively performances by the Hougang Rainbow Dance Group, a touching Chinese song performance by Jimmy, Malay artist Yati Asmiyati Asbah, who performed several patriotic songs and led everyone in a spirited sing-along, a colourful Indian dance by Joyful Dancers Production.
A special touch came from the National Day goodie bags, lovingly prepared by Sian Chay Charity Centre, which brought warmth and joy to all participants.，Another highlight was the National Day Calligraphy Competition, where 14 seniors showcased their skills. Four winners were recognised, and every participant received appreciation — a meaningful celebration of heritage and community spirit.
To further honour the contributions of our partners to Singapore’s community, we invited Master Zhang Bin to create a special calligraphy piece, “美好新加坡” (𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲). This meaningful artwork was presented to Allkin Singapore, Sian Chay Medical Institution, and the Hougang Rainbow Dance Group as a token of appreciation for their steadfast support.
