Financial Management
1. Definition: Refers to a crucial component of enterprise management, encompassing the raising, allocation, utilization, and monitoring of funds, as well as all financial activities related to business decision-making. The objective of financial management is typically to maximize shareholder wealth by improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise through effective capital operations and financial decisions.
2. Financial Statements (Reflecting the financial status of an enterprise):
(1) Balance Sheet: Presents the assets, liabilities, and equity of an enterprise at a specific point in time;
(2) Income Statement: Reflects the operating results of an enterprise over a given period;
(3) Cash Flow Statement: Records the inflows and outflows of cash for an enterprise;
(4) Statement of Changes in Equity: Shows the changes in equity.
