Accounting Services
We provide flexible and efficient accounting services to ensure your business complies with Malaysian accounting standards and regulations:
Regular Accounting Services
Regular accounting is the foundation of corporate financial management. We provide monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting services; customized plans are developed based on the size and needs of the enterprise to ensure that financial data is recorded and updated accurately and promptly. Through precise data management, you can keep abreast of the company's financial status at any time, providing a reliable basis for decision-making. Accounting services cover the recording of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, helping businesses achieve comprehensive financial transparency.
Financial Statement Preparation
We prepare unaudited financial statements for companies (subject to conditions), which will be prepared in accordance with the standards of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). The company's financial information is submitted to SSM when applying for annual audit. It also supports loan applications and investor reports. In addition, we provide consolidated financial statement services suitable for group companies with multiple subsidiaries, integrating the financial information of all subsidiaries to provide a comprehensive and unified financial perspective.
Accounting Standards Support
Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), or the Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS) applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises, are key to corporate financial management. On this basis, we ensure that all financial records and reports comply with these standards, avoiding penalties or delays in company decision-making due to non-compliance.
The Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS) is a framework for preparing financial reports for private entities in Malaysia. Private entities are private companies registered under the Companies Act 2016. MPERS applies only to the following types of private entities:
- They do not need to submit financial statements under any law administered by the Securities Commission or Bank Negara Malaysia; and
- Subsidiaries, associated companies, or jointly controlled entities of an entity that is not required to submit financial statements under any law administered by the Securities Commission or Bank Negara Malaysia.
